I don't care what YT experts think, with all due respect most of their predictions are simply laughable.
People get so caught up in a fighters power even the most greatest of predictors often get persuaded into silly stuff. Where I come from these fighters have is what is called a punchers chance & IMO that is all Donaire has.
I'm not overly impressed with his skillset, his defense or his left hook particularly (no denying its very powerful)
What is he going to do when his left hook gets taken away from him?

its a question of how often you get hit cleanly with punches you dont see, in rigos case thats very seldom. donaire is arguably the biggest puncher in boxing, he can take just about anyone out. then again rigo showed hes just about as good a technical fighter as there is in all of boxing, who might be able to outbox just about anyone at the lower weights.
donaire has had problems dealing with technical fighters in the past, while rigo shown nothing but superb defense his whole career and the few times he has been caught with a good shot hes taken it well.
i know you are among the ppl who think if you get hurt once in your life it means you have garbage punch resistance but thats not the case, rigo got caught by a great punch from a great puncher and stayed upright. that shows a good chin.
then again hes only human, a puncher like donaire can put him out. but can donaire hit him with those kinds of clean shots? can he withstand rigos power if he walks into a perfect counterpunch?
idk tbh, thats why im so excited about this fight.

simple ..use the overhand right , straight right or uppercuts ..nonito has stopped or atleast dropped good fighters with them ...

I am fully convinced these Filipino fans of Donaire are the most ignorant ever and have only seen maybe 1 minute of Rigondeaux. You don't need to be an expert to see Rigondeaux is a tremendous talent.
The irony of a Donaire fan calling Rigondeaux a one-handed fighter don't half make me laugh.
He may underuse his right hand but hes far from one-handed. He has a lightning bolt jab & is very sneaky with that sweeping right hook he draws guys on to.
Donaires p4p reign is coming to an end. I just hope for his sake he doesn't think what his fans do and doesn't underestimate Rigondeaux as that would be damn foolish.

His straight right is not good and the only time I can recall him ever using it to any reasonable effect was against an inactive & uninterested Nishioka who was contempt on doing nothing but making sure his right glove was glued to the side of his head obstructing his vision.

That lunging uppercut is a horrific punch that could well lead to his downfall. Vasquez Jr had great success countering it.
He should stop watching tape of Roy Jones Jr, he doesn't have the reflexes to get away with it or ring savvy.
He may well get away with such against guys who plod forward without a care in the world for defense but if he does that against a top notch counterpuncher like Rigondeaux, he may well find himself face first on the canvas.
I am just struggling to see him get away with half of this stuff. I think Rigondeaux is going to have a complete field day countering this guy and it will become target practice.

Because its only Filipino fans I see of his making these crazy comments and bold predictions though presuming you're also Filipino you seem a bit more of a realist.
Hell I'm starting to think there is no point in this fight any longer seeing Donaire takes him out at will with the first left hook he throws.

maybe roy should stop complimenting nonito coz it seems to be making nonito do the impersonations more(i hate it myself) .. even roy jones is impressed by him but not you?..who the f0ck are you on your high horse... lol
so far he got away with eveything he did and he fought much better fighters than rigo , atleast much more accomplished...i dont see why he should change
