Nobody is ignoring that he tried to make the fight with Vazquez (which I still haven't seen any reports for) but why are people like Burner and Ross ignoring the fact thats he's trying to fight Burns SO HARD while ignoring Vazquez? Why aren't they so enthusiastic towards getting the fight with Vazquez as they are with Burns?

If you read my replies, you'd know I wasn't ignoring that fact at all. Like I've stated before, they are going where the money is. Vasquez doesn't have the fan base Burns has. I'm not saying that's right, I'm saying that's how boxing works these days. I think Broner beats them both easy. I'd rather see him at 140 right now, but I can understand why they stay at 135 for a while since Broner is still young and shouldn't be rushed. If they end up going strait up to 140, I'm fine with that too. If it was up to me, I'd have Broner fight both Vasquez and Burns, then move up to 140.

Vazquez has more following in the US than Burns SO how is Burns the bigger money fight? If the fight was in the UK yes but that's not the case.

Total bull crap offer, the question here is how much was broner getting compare to Vazquez and I bet it wasn't an equal split. I bet broner was the problem in that whole deal to duck Vazquez

He absolutely does not. Vasquez is a very very boring fighter. He gains very very little by fighting him. Burns for a fun fight for the fans or move up. HBO WOULD NOT by Vasquez.

HBO will buy Vazquez if he puts on a great performance against Burns

You know how many times Hopkins had been booed in his fights? He has some of the most boring fights in the history of the sport, yet he keeps winning and people still want to watch him.

And if Vazquez beats Broner with that boring style of his, its going to be entertaining and news worthy regardless because Broner either had trouble or lost.

Explosions aren’t everything when it comes to movies, and the same goes for Boxing. A nice boxing match with one opponent utilizing what he’s best at to beat anther fighter is just as intriguing to me if both fighter are top fighters in the game
