This thread is all over the place. Mostly because many either love or hate Floyd. Personally Im neither. The discrepancy to me will always be his choices versus his talent. Floyd has a great resume , the problem is he had the potential to be an ATG so there will always be arguments over his accomplishments to what could have been. I think Floyd figured "hey why kill myself when in the end the fans wont give a damn about me anyway". As a fan of boxing that sucks but as a man I cant knock the hustle.

He does though. He's been P4P in 3 decades now. That's actually pretty cool. Never lost, won big fights, won lineal titles. The argument is there. He's probably last of the top 5 but he's there and he's still fighting.

Big Lewis fan here but I agree. Floyd is probably a top 50 fighter, Lewis is MAYBE top 100.

                  Care to explain?

..... and please don't bring up names of fighters that Floyd fought who just showed up at that division 0, 1 or 2 fights before fighting Floyd. You go down Lennox's resume and you will see that he fought well established HWs. At that division, most already possess the power to knock you out but Lennox has actually fought guys who had the stuff to do it!!!

This is not even close but I'm willing to get a laugh or two ....... GO!

One poster doesn't represent "they" or all Floyd fans. I notice that you try to run around here on some type of high-horse but you're just a clown poster with an agenda.

You're acting like Mayweather sat about atop welterweight and brought
everyone he fought up to fight him. His best work was below 147 IMO

                      Delahoya
                      Mosley
                      Marquez
                      Castillo

                      Judah
                      Hatton
                      Cotto
                      Hernandez (Genaro)

Lewis has been knocked out twice, also. Floyd has been half knocked down once. It's close mate.
