But I am sticking to “hype train” GGG and Bute were never made to be the next Floyd destroyed but everyday after a fight of theres these guys were considered to be the greatest.

Even Martinez who I like, but after his Chavez win people were actually claiming he would beat or give prime James Toney a lot of trouble along with any other middleweight in the history of the sport, Thats hype haha
A prime Toney was a hell of a fighter, if he had Mayweather's discipline imagine what his resume would look like then? I seriously doubt Martinez would beat Toney even on a bad day, but don't me wrong Martinez is a great fighter in his own right. IMHO he wasted a lot of time calling out smaller fighters instead of establishing his dominance at higher weights.

          Garcia by decision 9.9%

            • I think Matthysse's most underrated punch is his straight right to the body.

It's a weapon, but not only that, it set's up a lot of his shots upstairs.

He hurt Alexander badly with that shot.

It set up the first KD with Lamont.

He's very skilled. Subtly, but very skilled.

              • I can't tell who's trolling harder, the ones voting Garcia by KO or the ones saying Lucas by decision.

No question. I said it from when I saw the Judah fight.

A lot of people were expecting Maidana to beat Alexander based off the Matthysse fight but the difference between them is night and day. Matthysse is so much more skilled and sharp than Maidana.

Matthysse does get abit wild at times for me and loads up abit. There's some things he could work on.

That said, he's visibly improving every fight.

                    • His wildness does concern me at times but it's also fun to watch cause you can see he's throwing to decapitate you. Like when he swung at PEDerson and went face first.
