What I meant was Rigo is doing a good thing by taking the VADA testing. The reason why there is testing is to prove your not using steroids. By Rigo taking the test and passing it will prove he's not on steroids. If he fails it means he's taking it. I just said if he's taking steroids the testing will catch it, thats all. I am not accusing Rigo of taking steroids, only boxers like Erik Morales, Lamont Peterson, Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Chavez Jr., etc. can be called steroid users because they failed test.
