Remember when Marquez agreed to Floyd proposed catchweight fight with him but Floyd came in overweight ignoring the signed weight agreement? What makes you think Floyd will really fight Pacquaio if he agreed to the useless test (not real 24/365 Olympic test)? Floyd obviously terrified of Pacquaio. The mere mention of his name is more than enough to send shock waves in Floyd's spine.

So he refuses to fight the ATG/HOF and second biggest draw in boxing (which equates to much larger purse for him) but instead will fight anyone who can beat the gatekeeper PED user "Andre Berto".
