I've always said he will try his hardest to make the fight when it is Pac's very last fight. In the meantime he will recycle the **** out of his TR fighters and make it appear that he's actually wanted Pac to fight Mayweather.

The Pac 'blood' fued was simply his excuse to deny historical accuracy.
In not having fought Manny Pacquiao while both men were in their prime, Fraud cheated his fans, the craft of prize fighting, Manny and most of all himself.

There is not a six fight deal on Earth that can make up for the art of the con he has imposed nor the artful dodging he has engaged in.

It has been within a thinner gene pool of competiton that Fraud has back stroked his way to fame.

It would have been so easy if he would've agreed to take the tests! The biggest speculation for PED's on boxing belongs to Pacquiao, even with JMM on the map. One simple test was more than enough if he wanted to clean his name and prove that he was clean and legit. If he was so sure about everything he did on his boxing career after jumping to 135, along with his abilities, he would've taken the tests and the fight would've been history already. Nonito Donaire and Adrien Broner are doing it already. Broner didn't for his last fight against Gavin Rees, but did it vs. DeMarco. Taking the test cleans your name, and it means that Floyd Money Mayweather is proving that he is the best fighter of his era, while doing it in a natural way: CLEAN!
