What muscles are MOST important for punching power?

        Having a big set of balls to give you that testosterone unless Your Lamont Peterson and a pellet or 2 will do

          All of them is the correct answer, it is why true punching power is a gift from god because not everyone is blessed with the ability to use their muscles in unison like that, especially in a practical fashion.

            strengthening muscels will help of course. But he's right and it was proven on sports science. Energy travels from the feet right up through the fist.
