60/40 in favor of Matthysse. My worry is that Pete has been dropped before and takes a few to deliver his shots.

I think you have to box Matthysse from the outside to beat him.

I agree. I think inside fighting is not the style to go with against matthysse unless you're a good counter puncher otherwise outside boxing is your best bet.
