Exactly. When a boxer comes into the fight with a game plan of running, and not engaging, and he's quick enough to pot shot you, and run, and YOU WIN. That's impressive to me.

He didn't technically win, but you know he did.

How is it that the one guy who lost to Zab is viewed as the only guy under 147 who stands a chance against gaping jaw Broner? Lose a decision to a years past it zab, be best fighter under 147? wtf?

Lamont had his chance against Bradley and Ortiz

It's a 50-50 fight to me. Would be a great slugfest.

Well lets see. Maybe because Zab didn't go into that fight trying to be Zab. He went in trying to be Cory Spinks Jr.

His strategy cost him that fight, not his talent level. He even admitted that he was being economical in the early rounds because Judah is notorious for fading down the stretch. But it turned out he was too far behind on the 3 judges scorecards to catch up at the end.

Since that fight he starts much faster. He learned from it. This is one of the reasons I wish guys like Alexander lost some of those hometown decisions so he can go back to the drawing board and try to get better.

But nobody who is a factor at 140 sits outside and jabs like Judah was doing in that fight.

Even funnier how people conveniently forget that Matthysse was a nobody to feed to Judah, with zero big stage experience, that Judah was supposed to look impressive against. Also funny how people conveniently ignore that the majority of boxing fans consider that a gift, at best, and in some cases a flat out robbery.

Funnily convenient how a three year old fight in Matthysse's first chance on a big stage is held against him, but other fighters struggling against worse fighters a year or two ago doesn't matter, because they've improved.

He wasnt far behind on their scorecards, they were too busy counted the money to score the fight for Judah
