I have Lamont in this one. As far as H2H goes I think Peterson/Matthysse is conceivably the best bout to make at 140.

        Peterson by UD
more impressed with him than with Garcia
just not getting the Garcia thing around here
we know Khan's chinny and Terrible is a shell of himself
this is a tough match that would produce fireworks though
think Peterson would be too strong for Garcia inside

The only way I can see Danny Garcia winning this fight if he can keep Lamont Peterson on the outside of his punches so he can land that sweeping left hook; Which would probably prove to be too difficult, since Peterson doesn't like to engage his opponents until he is fighting them on the inside, while smothering their punches in the process. Garcia is more of a counter puncher who needs space in order to land his punches. Lamont on the other hand is a pressure fighter; Who rarely trade punches while fighting on the outside. Therefore, style wise, this is a very bad match up for Danny Garcia.

That's a bad way to look at it..Khan had a different conditioning coach and a different mentality..I'm not trying to take anything away from Garcia but you have to take that into account...I believe that both of them are solid punchers, but not really power punchers...I believe their power is even..

Danny Garcia is always counted out which is what makes him so dangerous...I have Garcia winning a close fight by KO while being down in the scorecards
