Open to a Canelo bout? This is the same guy who said he was open to Martinez last year, and Cotto when he was undefeated. Mayweather don't fight real threats to his throne, come on everyone knows that by now.

He was open to fighting Cotto when he was undefeated but at the time Arum didn't want him to fight Mayweather. The same goes with Oscar and Shane. He called these guys out when he was up and coming but he was to much of a risk.

I think Bushbaby would be the happiest to see that. That was part of his argument about Alvarez not fighting Trout. If Alvarez lost would Floyd fight Trout?

Well Floyd mentioned him which is more than I expected since he is signed to fight Guerrero not Trout or Alvarez. Then again, he will mention them as they will be on his card.

I think "versus" is a typo and threw you off. It did me. However Floyd mentioned both Alvarez and Trout as a possibility.

Big difference there. Canelo is a GBP fighter, for the past 6 years Mayweather has been fighting every single big named fighter GBP had, starting with De La Hoya. I'm not sure if Hatton was a GBP fighter at the time Floyd fought him. But after DLH it has been a steady stream of GBP's big named fighters coming off big wins, Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz, Guerrero, next in line GBP has Canelo, Lara, Kirkland, Matthysse, Garcia, Alexander, Peterson, Khan, Maidana, Angulo, Molina,Thurman, Malignaggi those are the GBP fighters from 140-154. Who you think would help Floyd generate the most money possible from that list? Canelo and Khan, and Khan needs a huge win, or two good wins in order to be considered as an opponent for Floyd.

No need to mention GBP's stable cuz I'm extremely familiar with it already. Also, Mayweather doesn't necessarily fight the fighter that is going to make him the most money cuz if that were true he would have never ducked Pacquiao! Canelo would make him the most money but Mayweather's actions already proved he rather fight someone safe and still make millions than to fight someone dangerous and make more millions. His "0" is more important to him than money, he proved that already!

If Canelo ever fights chicken boy floyd he exposes the cherry picker! It was also widely known that he and Pacquiao were on a collision course and look what happened, Mayweather b1tched out lol. To say Mayweather is ducking Canelo is premature, if Canelo wins and Mayweather doesn't fight him by Cinco De Mayo 2014 then it safe to say he's ducking(assuming there both undefeated still).
