pace of the fight
I can see how people say whoever contols the pace of the fight BUT what about high volume pressure fighters? For instance guys like Paul Williams and Antonio Margarito would throw well over 100 punches every round but could easily lose a decision to a pot shotter. IMO if a guy is getting off over 100 punches (¬ hitting air) that could be considered controling the pace, thats why the rules of judging are so outdated...

There should be no "looking to give rounds". If you cant decide who to give the round to the moment the bell rings, it should be 10-10.

Ring generalship is dictating the pace of the fight. Making your opponent fight your fight.
If your a boxer fighting a brawler, ring generalship is sticking him, moving out of the way of his punches and making him look silly.
If its a brawler fighting a boxer, its making him uncomfortable, cutting off the ring, cornering him and forcing him into a fight he doesn't want to be in.

A judge should almost never score a round even~ there is enough to pick from that a judge should be able to make the call.
If you score a ton of rounds even you aren't a judge~
