Try to keep up, that was a mistake by showtime. Lucas says himself he weighed 153. Only idiots believed his fight weight was 163 considering his fight night weight was between 150-153 for his previous 3 bouts.

Lucas Matthysse’s one punch, one round destruction of Mike Dallas Jr. was amazing, but did not come without controversy or questions. The first issue was raised when the trainer of Mike Dallas Jr., Virgil Hunter, had opposed to the taking of amino acids by Matthysse before the fight. The results of the post fight drug

      Of course he will.

I'm not saying that in a negative light; but he'll clearly want to avoid one of the big-hitters at 140, at least for a couple of fights.

Its not a matter of ducking. Matthyse is from Argentina so he doesnt fit the -can category.

Ok so Broner makes lightweight easily, Lucas makes Junior welterweight easily. Both gain more than 10 lbs fight night.

So why is it Broner that has to move up but not Matthysse?

He weighs about the same as Broner.
That's from Lucas's mouth, not show time! Show time has not confirmed what Lucas claimed! Try again

Broner has business to take care of at 135 first. Hopefully he fights Vasquez after Vasquez beats Burns. Broner should move up in in 2014.

I voted yes. He never brings him up when he is calling out everyone else. You don't hear Schaefer talking about it either.

Far from an idiot my credentials and my profession vouch for my intelligence! Like I stated, " show time has yet to confirm what Lucas is claiming from his mouth. Of course Lucas would deny coming in on fight night with that much weight!

Adrien Broner will fight anybody. GBP and Haymon will make the best fights in terms of risk and reward. And unfortunately, Lucas will be on the outside looking in

Who has Broner called out @140? No one, why because he doesn't campaign @ that weight. The only fighter that had talks about previously fighting that's there is Rios, why? Because Rios use to campaign @ Broner's weight class
