Floyd and Marquez weren't at 147 together, Marquez was champ at 147.

But Floyd enjoyed his huge reach advantage over the smaller JMM.

Floyd could have fought him before and after he was injured.

Floyd could have fought Tszyu after Kostya fought Mitchell, but Mayweather chose softer opponents. Had Floyd known Kostya was faded in 2005, it would have been Floyd-Tszyu instead of Hatton-Tszyu.

Floyd often fought people from smaller weight divisions. Jesus Chavez (1-13) was a bantamweight who came up to junior lightweight to fight Floyd.

So even if he'd fought Tszyu in 2005, he would have been faded. It's like a no win situation.

I'm saying it can't be a duck if you aren't in the same weight class. And Hatton had fought at 147 before, and it was Hatton's own fault that fight didn't happen at 140.

You do know it Shane who turned down fighting Floyd in 2006, right??? His tooth ache and vacations stopped it from happening.....

I'm not even a fan of Broner much less a Bromo (Nicely done with the wordplay ) yet I think its premature to match him up with the best 140lbers since he hasn't fought at that weight yet.
