not probably. however, he did start out in the puny weight div. duran fans make beating barkley a bigger deal than it was.

Roberto Duran. You can even tell Floyd what he has to do to be comparable to Duran and Floyd WO nt do it, won't attempt it.

Go on Floyd beat GGG you will be greater than Duran. If you can't do that beat nelo at 16o and you'd be comparable too duran.

But of course Floyd will say he's too old and retired now. Well you should have did it 5 years ago, should have beat Sergio Martinez back then so who's fault is it?

mayeather shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Roberto Duran.

It was still a close fight when Duran quit. That's what made the quit job so inexplicable and unforgiving. The myth that Duran was getting dominated for 8 rounds isn't based in fact. If it was true, no one would wonder why he quit.

                    roberto duran still ahead

floyd's great man, but never really fought another great fighter in their prime

he should've fought pac in 09, probably would've cemented his legacy

BUT, his pockets would be a lot thinner,

he won financially but did a disservice to his legacy

Floyd Mayweather is but the dust on which Duran walks.
