No, but it isn't some new phenomenon for Floyd. He's been doing things like that throughout his career. So the guy that was telling you he came in below 154 was not tellin you stories. For the weigh-in, he came in at 151. Pacquaio does things like that too.

That guy was telling stories. Floyd weighted in for Cotto at 151 I believe? That guy said he came into the ring weighting 147, that's a lie, there's no proof & logically it makes no sense, period.

Marquez v. Pac IV: Weighs in at 142 (5 pounds under limit) rehydrates to 148 (+6 pounds)

Martinez v. Barker: Weighs in at 157 (3 pounds under limit) rehydrates to 165 (+8 pounds)

Mayweather v. Cotto: Weighs in at 151 (3 pounds under limit) dehydrates to 147 (-4 pounds)

          Makes sense...

Fight Canelo and we will forgive you for your past cherry picking. You want to secure your legacy? Its there for the taking, right in front of you with ginger hair and cash coming out his ass... Fight Canelo and win respect, oh and did I mention you can have your PPV numbers too?

And if Floyd wipes the floor with Red, Red will instantly become a hypejob that doesn't have a legitimate win on his resume and was buzzed by Cotto's lil brother.

Fair enough, but wouldn't you rather see Floyd expose Canelo instead of fighting Guerrero or Alexander? neither of the latter have decent resumes either....HBO seems to love guerrero's story so all of a sudden he's mentioned in the same breath as Mayweather? I call that hype too. Canelo is the best option for Floyd right now, hype job or not...lets see history be made.
