To be fair, that's a problem in every division. It doesn't help that so many of these promoters surely recognize the lack of meaningful opponents for Wlad to fight and realize there's a good chance they can protect their fighter until they land that title shot. Look at Deontay Wilder, guy's probably going to get a title shot soon for beating no one.

Yes, I think that's the plan.

As Freedom says, people read too much into a loss.

This problem is exactly why, despite the guy being a psycho outside the ring, Chisora is my favorite heavyweight. The guy has been in the ring with so many of these other heavyweights.

Yes, although he's controversial, Chisora will fight anyone. His promoter, Frank Warren, deserves credit for making these fights.

There's still too many heavyweight without a fight scheduled:

            Takam
            Teper
            Arreola/Stiverne (still not scheduled)
            Pianeta
            Wach
            Jennings/Perez (still not scheduled)
            Ruiz Jr
            Chagaev
            Ortiz
            Helenius
            Ustinov
            Dimitrenko
            Kauffman
            Charr
            Boytsov

Some of these guys should be fighting each other.
