Kotelnik is a well-schooled, amateur-pedigreed, eastern-European styled boxer. Good fighter, but nothing special. He basically schooled Alexander in the ring. Alexander has done nothing since then to show how he's improved enough to be mentioned among the elites.
Forget about triangle theories, I'm talking straight boxing skills. Floyd has the same fundamentals as Kotelnik, but is vastly superior at using them. Floyd may talk trash before and after fights, but he is 100% business between the ropes. Alexander is not as quick or creative as Judah. And he is not as powerful or aggressive as Ortiz.
Devon is target practice for Floyd.
