Rigo and Donaire are not ducking each other, we both know this. But Rigo and his badly organised team are now throwing up something that should have been taken care of before it got to this stage. If he has a contract and is not signing it for other reasons, he should have taken care of those reasons. He is the guy not signing off for whatever reason
