Since moving up to 140 how many of Floyds opponents have been better than Alexander? I only have Cotto, Hatton and DLH.

Add Judah and Mosley as well. I'd personally say Marquez was better, I'm willing to give Mayweather more credit for that fight after the last two Marquez-Pacquiao fights. Ortiz is about the same. Baldomir was okay, even if he isn't better than Alexander.

This would be his worst opponent in a long, long time.

I'd add Marquez too. I definitely wouldn't say Judah and Mosley is debatable based off age and inactivity and also how he's looked in every fight since Mayweather. 2 fights ago Floyd was fighting Ortiz who you said is equal so I mean this is really par for the course when it comes to Floyd. He's never been that guy who takes extreme risks Devon is at least on the same level as 2/3 of Floyds last 12 opponents.
