        Not saying he didn't but It slips my mind if he did.

        He fought Ortiz he was #2 and Judah I think was #3, if I recall correctly.

              if he fought all the top welterweights he would have pacquiao, margarito, cotto, williams etc. not vicious talking to a tree victor ortiz for example.
