I think Asain Sensation put it best. He might be a one trick pony, ala David Tua. He lacks boxing ability at the top level. He can punch but will find it hard to land without better schooling in the fundamentals. He looks solid, has the neck and thickness of a David Tua, this suggests he may have a solid chin. However, his footwork is lacking and his hand speed is average. I agree, he could catch a class fighter and it could be lights out but taller or better schooled boxers may box his ears off. However, he is young, he will only get better with experience and the heavyweight division, apart from Vitali, isn`t looking too hard to compete in at the moment. Possible belt holder one day but as long as Klitscko reigns, he isn`t gonna be THE champion anytime soon!

I agree, Tri4ben2 - there's nothing hacks me off more than coming into a boxing forum and seeing people discussing boxing. It makes me want to click onto a thread I have no interest in and tell off the person for starting it.

Jeremy should have beaten Peter easily, but made a ****** mistake against a known puncher, I think Peter will still beat alot of second rate fighters, but will pay the price when he steps up.

Peter can punch but he will get killed by Vitali. He opens up some much when he punches and he is slow as hell. Even James Toney would kill Peter.

I think Peter makes an obvious compareson with Tua, although at this point he cant be considered on the same level, as Tua has acomplished more. However, I do believe Peter may infact surpass Tua in due time. He already may have a better right hand then Tua and his left shows potential aswell. He may also be more physicaly gifted aswell, by way of additional height and reach. Ofcourse, they are clearly different fighters, but the comparison seems natural.
