Yes he deserved it. If floyd didn't retire for almost 2 years inside the same decade he could've gotten the nod IMO. Pac had the exciting fights, the memorable fights and most of all the upsetting fights, one that you can shed a tear with.. While as of mayweather, his wins was of no surprised, maybe because he was too good, or maybe because he didn't really step up his competition that we thought he could have.
