If Hopkins fought Calzaghe or Jones 3 times and twice, is losing and drawing a bad thing? Pacquiao fought the best and went toe to toe every time.

No, it's because he took bigger fights and was far more entertaining.
Entertaining? DO you mean more close fights? If so, thats a measure of how great floyd is. He defeated equally good competition far easier. Or do you mean he KO'd his opponents more?

Also, fighting the same fighters more than once doesn't mean you are "fighting the same fighter", although I think in Marquez case he got better.

Entertainment is definitely an area of judgement.

He also was said to be the people's champ and did not fight money fights, fought the best.

He fought the same Delahoya that people say were shot.

He fought the same Hatton that people say was a bum.

He fought the same Shane Mosley that was CLEARLY shot.

He fought Margarito, and Arum tried to build Margarito up as a world class fighter when everyone knew that he was just a world class cheater.

He fought good fighters early in his career, in the middle it just went down.

and that's exactly why floyd didn't win, ducking, retirements/vacations and lack of entertainment.

How, fighting style? If you are agressive and sloppy you get hit more, which in turn makes a fight more entertaining. So if you aren't as agressive and sloppy but keep winning fights, doesn't that mean you are the better fighter?

the Mosley/pac fight was after the decade was over. the floyd/cotto fight was after the decade.

floyd beat ODH at 154, he was the 1st to defeat Hatton by KO. Superior fashion is subjective. SOme blowouts, like floyd/corrales, is exteremely exciting, especially when its unexpected.

I noticed you didn't mention JMM. Manny's fights with JMM were more exciting only because floyd/jmm was so one sided. In any other sport, dominance like that is celebrated and rewarded.

Too bad he just lost fighter of the decade to Marquez, there was a belt declaring it and everything

I have no problem with Manny winning FOTD, he peaked in popularity at just the right time. That is how things like that work.

Easiest fighter of the decade ever
Boxing fans no there is no debate. The only debate comes from Floyd fans, BH fans or Pac haters.
