Is Chad Dawson, Wards best win?

    Is so why?

Personally I've never seen what the hype is about. The guys chinny, boring & mentally fragile & look at his resume...

Yeah his resume has some great names on it B-Hop x2, Tarver x2, Glen Johnson x2 but look at their ages. They was all between 40 & 46, nearly 47.

''He was coming back'' lol, he flat-out got his ass kicked by Jean Pascal & would in a rematch.

Man Dawson isn't even Froch & Kesslers level & to be totally honest I wouldn't have much faith in him not getting his chin shattered or him folding against either Abraham or Miranda.

Why does this win get bigged up so much? Fcuk the weight, Dawson has never has been much good.
Kessler & Froch both spark him & that is with him coming in at 175 if he really wants.

Personally i think his best win is Froch. Froch was fighting at his best weight, he was coming of a few decent wins, he held a title, and he came back straight after the loss with 2 ko wins (one against another title holder).

That, plus how comfortable Ward looked, puts that win on top for me.

The Kessler win was very good also but Wards tactics in the fight leave a slightly sour taste, even if i dont think it would have changed the outcome.

No, because of the weight. I was hoping it would not be the case beforehand, but unfortunately it was not unexpected.

Kessler and Froch are his two best wins. He was more dominant against Kessler, but the headbutts take the shine off. Froch was closer because of the close by Froch, but Ward fought a better fight. Both are pretty good wins, and the best of his career.

Where did Chad being chinny come from?

He took Adamek's best punch, fell down and got back, brushed it off. He took Glen Johnson's best power punches and never went down. He took Pascal's best shots and never went down. How is he chinny? He fought the #2 best fighter in the world in his own weight class and was weight drained, he got knocked out for his troubles. It happens.

Oscar De La Hoya is not chinny just because Pacquiao TKO'ed him in a weight class he hasn't fought in in years. Same with Dawson.

Best win is Kessler BTW. He shut so many people up and broke so many hearts that night, that fans excuses range from headbutts to venue. But the truth is Ward whooped Kessler that night. Also, people forget Kessler was the favorite to WIN the Super 6. That did not happen.

Glass Jawson was also dropped by feather-fisted Eric Harding and 3 times against the rather light punching Ward.
Middleweight journey Ian Gardener had him all over the shop as well.

              He is definitely chinny.

When was the last time Johnson showed power? In 04 when he fought Roy?
He had a good right hand but he never really was a K.O artist IMO

Its like saying Khan hasn't a glass jaw because he ate an overhand right from Maidana.

im pretty sure the difference is khan was knocked out multiple times. I'd think Dawson has a decent chin maybe slightly weak but i assumed that was from the weight drain

Khan has been down 8 times.

Calling Harding fetherfisted is like calling Kendoll Holt or Jermain Taylor featherfisted. A boxrec warrior looking at Harding's KO amount would come to the conclusion that he is featherfisted, but he actually has knocked down Antonio Tarver as well.

Both Ian Gardner and Eric Harding were very good fighters. Guess who knocked out Gardner out of Abraham, Golovkin, and Dawson?

Dawson was weight-drained. If Ward had fought him at 175 it would have been a good win.

Ward should stop being a pampered baby and go for a Dawson rematch at 175.
