if he fights and beats both Rigo and Mares then he will have a claim for Top3 pending on what happens to Mayweather and Ward

with that said I bet the house Donaire will not fight fight either one

Nope. Nonito doesnt have the skill set to be #1. Ward future number 1 and i know ill get slack for it but Broner will clean out 135 with ease this year and get into top 3 p4p conversation. But since hes Broner hell get hate.

No way Broner gets that high untill he gets to 140 and beats some one like Garcia or rios and Mathyse, nobody at 135.

Broner reaches it before Donaire does, don't forget Golden Boy runs those p4p rankings. there's a reason broner is #5

Donaire has a great shot at being P4P #1 by the end of 2013 if he beats rigo and mares.

I'm not saying he's scared or anything, just the promotional bullshit will not end until Arum is dead.

I believe that Nonito is going to fight Mijares next then maybe Rigondeaux. Or Arum will line him up agains Salido if he beats Mikey. Which would be cool. I just want to see Donaire at 126 already.
                it's mayweathers fault right?

Well, as long as he keeps faceing top fighters who are ranked highly within a year then no he won't move down.

Chances are he won't move down until he loses or retires though.

I mean, Pacquaio didn't move down when facing Margarito. That's the bottom of the barrell of a joke of a fight, no?

So it seems the standard is lose=move down. Win=Keep your position.

Don't see that at all but to each it's own.

I am a big donaire fan but getting the #1 p4p title is shooting for the stars. The two most mentioned names with him (mares & rigo), I have doubts it will ever happen. I'm hoping but doubtful. Add to that the current p4p king FMW. Floyd doesn't have to do much to stay there. He just have to keep his zero and I don't see anyone taking his place. He did not fight last year and he's ranked #1. How much more if he did. And I don't think guerrero is going to beat FMW.
