Ward seems to be a pampered pu$$y - backing out of fights because of minor injuries, weight draining his opponents, demanding home advantage, refusing to fight overseas during the Super Six.

Still mad Ward dominated all your favorite fighters. It's okay though.

Anyways hopefully it heals strong enough before he gets into another fight, could be a serious issue if it's continually getting injured.

best for both of them probably. Once the bell rang, I think the fight would have been too ridiculous to pass for the audience and end up being a step back for Ward even if he ended up dominating. He might even end up getting some backlash for it after the fact. Kelly is generally well liked, so, having people find out they were duped, and that the fight was clearly set up just to make Andre look good isn't gonna go over well. It likely would have been a formality and not worth wasting the comeback of Kelly. I know he wants the shot and of course took the fight, but for me I'm glad it's off... I'd rather not seem him get undressed again right now, especially since there was never a demand for this fight to begin with.

Hopefully another good name fight will come along for him soon, a winnable one. At the very least, one where he will appear to be the real/old Pavlik or where the threat of a KO would be legit, then it'd be interesting. Maybe a win in that type of fight and they can back around to this matchup.

Ward is wasting away his prime. He hurt his hands in training I think, he can't be so bad that is is out the ring for a whole year. Look at Donaire, fighters should follow his example. There can be no more excuses.
