dont know but if he fights them 2 im not interested. when will boxing fans clock on that all he is doing is fighting for the money? he doesnt want to fight the best, he wants to fight for the money and then claim he is the best of all time because he is undefeated!

    great boxer, but small balls.

Probably retires. I fully expect Floyd to have a much harder time with these fights than people seem to think. He has really slown down in his feet. Guerrero will make it a rough and ugly mess of a fight and Canelo is massive. Cotto was big against Floyd, so imagine the marks from gingers shots? I think he retires or rematches ginger for another **** load go cash. Retire unbeaten and go roller skate in his mansion some more.

He'll most likely retire after that.

Mayweather has retired once before. Following his December 2007 knockout of Ricky Hatton, Mayweather retired before returning to dominate Juan Manuel Marquez in September 2009.

Mayweather will turn 37 in February 2014 and said he wants to fight regularly -- meaning probably twice a year -- through that year.

"Of course, I want to give you guys more than just a few more fights," Mayweather said. "I want to -- this fight [against Cotto] plus five more if I can."

Looks like he could still be fighting in 2014 to me.
I would take what Floyd says with a grain of salt.

I agree with this ^^^. He should hang them up after these next two fights. Nothing left to prove. Otherwise we'll see him losing to somebody like Danny Garcia in 2014 since he waited to long to leave the game.

Or he could fight another older fighter like Sergio Martinez, which could be something of a legacy fight for both.

My dream would be for them to fight each other and retire on the same night, but they just aren't on the same path. Only way they meet in the ring is if Martinez goes down to 154 and beats Canelo first. I don't see Floyd taking the risk otherwise.

Martinez apparently only wants three more fights including the Murray bout, while Floyd seems open to fighting through 2014 and then retiring. They could fight in 2014 then.

I doubt Canelo fights Martinez anytime soon since he has yet to fight a live body at JMW, but stranger things have happened I suppose.

I know it may be difficult for Martinez to secure the fight, but I do think he is the most marketable opponent after Canelo.
