Come on, Gatti #1 at 140? The others are correct, but Gatti was not the best 140 pounder. That distinction belonged to Ricky Hatton after he the beat THE guy at 140, Tszyu. I agree with the rest.

When a division has a Ring champion, the champion is not ranked #1, he's the champion above #1. Example Marquez was The Ring champion at 135 while Juan Diaz was ranked #1 at 135. Another example, Dawson is The Ring champion at 175, Bernard Hopkins is ranked #1.
