another guy who's never had a blood test in 40 plus fights and comes up dirty, even though he's had at least 3 championship fights, oh but wait he has a blood disorder, good thing for random blood testing or they would have never found it.

Well it's entirely possible he was infected with HIV after his last fight, something an earlier blood test wouldn't have picked up on.

HIV takes 3 months to manifest clearly in a standard blood test because you don't detect the virus you look for a lower white blood cell count.
