Boxing is the weakest art form in the MMA fighters repitoire!! Most can't throw good boxing technique and most can't take a good punch either! Their grapplers and submission artist not stand up punchers!

Pacman got caught with that right hand because he over committed his movement in and Juan made a very clever move stepping off and threw the correct counter off the correct counter move!! Manny is a pressure fighter who simply got to deep, nothing "******" about, he's done it a thousand times before this time a very good technical fighter caught him.

I've seen and heard fans act out and say some pretty horrible things but the amount of disrespect thrown at Pacman is ridiculous even by the racists fans that have exsisted for ever. This guy has fought his way up in weight classes and caliber of fighters and has always given 100% to his opponents and the boxing fans. Anyone who throws insults and demeans this guys eforts is a complete azzhole who is NOT a boxing fan. The attention they generate is from negativity and their ok with it because theres very little positive in their lives. Posting pictures of someone who is compromized in a demeaning way tells it all. These people will have a tuff time in life and will generally live on the negative side, admonishing and dosgracing people they don't even know tells us everything you need to know about people like this. They're garbage without ethics or morality!! Ray.

I've read a few posts here that claim the overhand right or left leaves you vulnerable. If Marquez and martinez threw an 'overhand'. From what I saw they are so far to the side of their opponent, even if they miss they aren't vulnerable at all. yeh it leaves them off balance but not under any threat surely? Especially if you step right to the side while you throw and your opponent is coming in..A great attack I think

That's down to distance. The JMM punch was a straight though.

One of the worst rip offs in boxing! Starling was robbed on more than one occasion. Its tuff when your not aviliated with the powers to be, just ask the Haglers of the world! That punch was clearly after the bell and the bell was heard clearly I was there! Ray.

Yes as you can see JMM was very vulnerable to a right when throwing it. Not a punch to use often.

Overhand has a looping trajectory. think of the shape of a rainbow.

The punch being thrown above of Manny backing off getting hit is more of a "round house" a true over hand won't be as wide! It comes up and over but is not a wide motion. Ray

I watched it as it happened live on tv and thought it was on the bell, it was in fact fractionally afterwards. Its a weird one, I dont think Molinares meant to hit him after the bell, but it was after.
