As long as these 2 guys can still fight, you WILL see a 5th fight. I doubt you will see an end to Pac vs Marquez until the fight is held in the Philippines and/or Mexico. It only makes sense businesswise since both fighters are beloved by both mexicans and philippines and neither one would mind fighting in each other in their rival's homeland.
