Are you seriously going to start talking about this on the thread for Trout who just won? Come on man. Get off Floyd's nuts.

Also, Floyd is 35, and Trout is at the peak of his prime at 27. Good win for Trout though and that's "No Doubt"

Canelo is too big for Floyd, Floyd is looking to move back down to 47..

To be honest, I didn't keep up with all the pre fight stuff, so I don't know what was going on in their heads... but - it would seem that based off of Trouts last fight that maybe Cotto thought Austin was going to be super definsive and try to clinch a lot. Maybe in thinking that he thought it would be better to just go in there and be the bully. He seemed somewhat suprised that Trout was actually in there fighting and using his size advantage (well) and Cotto either didn't have a plan B, or by the time he thought about implimenting it, it was too late. I'd love to see how a rematch would fare between them, with Cotto boxing and moving like he did in the Marg rematch. I think it would be a toooootallly different fight.

But props to Trout though, his stock definately went up in my books.

Exactly! We are trying to talk about Trout's future in the sport after this big win and all these guys can talk about is Mayweather? Ridiculous. You can't compare Floyd/Cotto to Cotto/Trout because there are too many aspects to them fights. Only thing that is similar is Floyd shut Cotto out on the cards and so did Trout. How did Trout make Floyd look exposed? Mayweather got caught with some good punches and so did Trout. This is Miguel Cotto we are talking about.

I'm thinking that GBP may match Canelo with Kirkland...or even Bundrage
