You could have read all about it on Boxingscene, instead of believing the usual mentally disturbed suspects-your fellow looney Maybugs. The "stadium" was to be a TEMPORARY pre-fab structure, of 42,000 seats, built by MGM on their vacant 10 acre lot across the street from where their casino is and would be expected to stand for up to 2 years.

It was an MGM Grand concept, and, since Arum is the biggest and best promoter, as well as having the biggest boxing attraction under contract, they discussed it with him. During one of his TV interviews he passed it on, saying he thought it was a good idea as it would have thousands of cheaper seats, allowing fans who couldn't afford much, to attend. They didn't build it, because a key component of the fight, Mayweather, was too elusive to pin, and he was also increasingly shown as unstable and undependable and liable to be too tangled up in his frequent law-breaking activities.

Bullsh-t, they already said it's Rios. Mayweather can agree to fight in April and they will just come up with some other crap about why they can't make the fight, probably backtrack on the split and ask for 50-50 again or some other dumb roadblock.

Even though Bob picked the date, if Floyd agreed to Bob’s April date, Bob would say the date can't be picked in advance.

Everyone remembers how Floyd picked May 5th (2012), Cinco De Mayo weekend, a weekend that both guys had fought on before. However Bob said Floyd can't do that..

If Floyd agreed to April you know Bob will make an excuse as Floyd is not on his agenda and won't be until Pac is ready to call it quits and only then will Bob magically make the fight.

It blows my mind how simple minded people are and REALLY underestimate just how long Bob has been in the boxing game and IF he wants a fight, he CAN make a fight. In the meantime you have media outlets with agendas that feed people BS to suit other agendas.

But we can all play the simple pactart logic of it’s all Floyd’s fault… even though Bob admits he has an agendas and has other plans… I’m REALLY curious to what Bob’s excuse will be after the JMM IV fight. Will he make it about money even though they are by no means in a position to talk about money as they already said no to a fair offer. Will he bring up that super special stadium? Will Pac’s eye nearly fall out again? Will Bob threaten Team Mayweather to stop calling him? Will Bob say Pac can’t fight Floyd because it will hurt his reputation? Will Bob just flat out say he has other fighters ready to go?
