Dolton looks pretty good though his workrate is quite poor he picks his shots well. Thrown some lovely bodyshots.

Maybe he doesn't want to pay the sanctioning fee for the IBO belt?

If it was a case where Guzman was getting penalized, i'm sure the WBA would also prevent him for fighting their title.

Pac fans will say the IBO is as good as the WBA just because this belt makes 8 total belts he has...but we all know the truth

I checked out there rankings and it says he's #22 in their top 100 at 140. It could just be that he doesn't want to pay the fee. I don't get it though, as unimportant as the IBO is, that would give him two titles if he wins. I guess you could say the IBO comes right after the 4 major titles, and right before the NABF. I mean in a time where "He needs a title" is some boxers excuses, it wouldn't hurt to have two titles.

Guzman has all the skills to be a great champion but lacks of self discipline preventing him from that.

Gutiererez is a tough trialhorse and he's been beaten up worse but Dolton passed the test his inside game needs some fine tuning if he is going to mix it up and better consistency
