If you have ever trained on a serious level you would know. I was a D1 track athlete. I had 3 different SC coaches and there were major differences.

freddie is absolutely write that something is su****ious with the way marquez put on so much muscle so quickly ! the commision should do a full investigation on marquez stenth and conditioning coach but i doubt they will , because marquez is connected to some very powerful people in mexico ! but in my years of watching professional boxing i never seen a boxer get so ripped so quick ! no amount of urine even if it was arnold swartzanaga and sylvester stalones piss couldve made marquez muscles grow that fast ! i mean just look at marquez he made all kinds of gains , and i mean all kinds in such a short time . something aint adding up ! where theres smoke theres fire

Like I said, I probably don't appreciate their value cause I never competed at such high level nor had one myself. But that's just how I see them.
