USADA charges up to 100,000 for pre fight testing. I can see why Top Rank refused drug testing. This fight isnt going to do 1 mil PPV so why donkey off an extra hundred grand? VADA's a little bit cheaper but who wants to put their name anywhere next to Victor Conte?
