Your little speal didn't include the fact that Marquez REFUSED testing. Now explain his refusal. Marquez fans don't even have a tool for damage control.

This is pure spin from Roach. He's using Top Ranks refusal of testing to pretend as if Marquez has refused it. Marquez has 100% confirmed that he will allow any style of testing from any organisation at any time, as long as Pacquiao does the same thing, and Top Rank, Pac's promoter, refused to do it.

Marquez said yes, Arum said no and Roach has spun it to pretend that Marquez is the one refusing it. Get with the ****ing program chump.

There are quotes and sources all over the place of Marquez agreeing to do any and all testing from anyone. Bob Arum and Top Rank are the ones refusing.
