I wonder why It took Marquez so long to start doping?

What your missing is that Roach yesterday said he wanted testing, but Toprank wasn't aboard. Manny is TopRank you idiot there for Manny has and was the one who didn't want testing. Marquez has always been open to testing as long as Manny tests aswell. Apparently Pac's team wants Marquez tested, but don't want to be tested themselves bwahahahah.....
