Both Cotto and Floyd are on their way out. They only have a one or two fights left. Your career is ahead of you.

Here's an idea, show some heart, move up to middle weight and fight Gennady Golovkin or Dimitry Pirog. These two dudes can really bomb and it would be a great test for you.

He deserves it just as much as Ortiz did. He's undefeated, big and strong and is a champion. Why doesn't he deserve it? It would be the most competitive fight for Mayweather since Oscar. And he has a shot at winning, unlike most of the fighters Mayfeather has faced lately.

Are you serious? Ortiz beat Berto who was a champ at WW, Canelo had a title given to him by the WBC and fought Matthew freakin Hatton who had to move up in weight and wasn't even ranked in the division. Canelo has beaten a washed up Mosley, Alfonso Gomez, Kermit Cintron, and Josesito Lopez moving up in weight yet again. How does that qualify you for a Mayweather fight? He even says in the article he has no plans to fight Trout(a legit champ in his own darn division) should he beat Cotto, and that seems cool to you? As I said before he as proven nothing in the actual ring to warrant a Mayweather fight, the reason he's being considered is because he has a huge fanbase. Is that not true?
