I have said it 100 times already, if Canelo doesnt eat a piece of humble pie and accept that he will be the B side vs Cotto, that fight aint happening, and we will see Martinez-Cotto, June 9 on MSG for the MW title!

Cotto doesnt win anything besides money vs Canelo and Cotto already prove he wants to further build his legacy, by declining Pac and accepting a top 154 pounder even though somewhat unproven. Cotto is better off fighting Martinez win, lose or draw.

Canelos seriously the most undeserving fighter ive seen in a long time to fight a draw seriously. Has he fought a legit 154 fighter yet ? Ranked top 10? All i remember since hes won the belt fought people going up in weight for him.

Canelo is the one on the come-up, he's the one who stands to benefit more. It'd be a good pay-day and his first true test at LMW. Cotto beating Canelo doesn't mean much in the present for his legacy cuz he's still just hype.

Canelo would be good for Floyd, as Floyd aint planning on hanging around, so Canelo dont want to miss the chance to fight Floyd.

Ideally you could say fight Cotto and then Floyd, but with Floyd he is a timebomb waiting to retire at any given momment.
Floyd hasnt actually got a long queue of possible opponents so of course Canelo is a natural choice outside of Pac and Sergio for Floyd.

I don't like where Canelo's career is going. Seems like he's only willing to fight twice a year instead of 4 as he usually did.
He already thinks of himself as a superstar a la Floyd or Manny. Maybe after Losing his 0 he can start fighting more again.

I'd like either one of those fights....but certantly Canelo vs Cotto is the most atractive one. If Canelo defeats Cotto in a more convinsing way than mayweather did (big If) would Mayweather than be williang to fight Canelo?

I don't get how you can criticize him. He wants to fight the best and these are the two best in his division at the moment.
