I can't find the full fight on youtube but I remember all of it and yes Berto struggled but he eventually beat the brakes off Quintana, you can't deny it.

Yeah that could have definitely been called a KD.
Yes, after he hurt him. Yes he was wobbling around the ring and getting pummeled. Which is what I said.

But before that, the stoppage didn't look like it was coming and he wasn't get he **** beaten out of him at all. He landed that quick flurry of shots in the 8th that hurt him and then got him out of there.

Eventually yes which again is what I said.

But he looked terrible throughout the entire fight until the actual moment to be honest. Other than those 2 or 3 clips in that video.

    Both were terrible performances.

I've never been sold on Berto, and that fight against Zaveck poisoned my perception of him. He's coming off a 14 month lay-off and injury, and people expect him to walk through Guerrero like he's nothing? This ain't Canelo/Lopez. This is Guerrero's second time fighting at WW, and he looks in better condition than the last time. Berto's ring rust will be exploited. He either gets Guerrero outta there in the first half, or he's getting out-boxed and out-worked.

Berto is in a different league when it comes to talent. Berto 6th Round TKO. He's still one of the most talented fighters in that division. I could see him beating Bradley.
LOL, I hope you're kidding man. Bradley beats the dogschit out of Berto. The dude fought cans for a reason, the minute he stepped up to a B+ level fighter like Ortiz, he got beat up and caught an L.

Little Guerrero is going to remind Berto why people always considered him a paper champ and a hypejob.

Nope, not kidding at all. Berto has better natural ability and power than Bradley. Remember Pacquiao didn't want to fight Berto for good reason, Berto is freakishly athletic but also possesses good boxing skills. Bradley and Guerrero are similar fighters imo, they don't have natural boxing ability they came up through attrition. Bradley has a good inside game, but he was beating up fighters that he was a lot stronger than in the smaller weight classes. When he moved up to fight Pacquiao he looked vulnerable and then complained about two broken toes after the fight.

Don't let the Ortiz fight make you form an opinion of Berto, he would crush Ortiz in a rematch. That's what a lot of people are hoping for, that he shows up like that against Guerrero. Unfortunately Guerrero will found out what a right hook from Berto feels like.

Based on what? He landed some bombs but he spent most of the fight laying on the ropes, taking punches and waving his glove to Ortiz. The bum version of the rope a dope.

Berto didn't fight a good fight, I think that is very obvious. He got into a slugfest with Ortiz. Floyd KOed Ortiz, Josesito broke his jaw, a rematch with Berto would end his career.

Cuban, how do you think ring rust will affect Berto's performance?

Nah. Ortiz thrives on coming back from "career-ending" performances. Everybody counted him out after the Maidana fight, and no one gave him a chance in hell of beating Berto, and then he did. A rematch with Berto will not end his career.
