I just don't see how this is "shocking" about Floyd???? Maybe I'm missing something, but this is the same stuff that Montoya guy started several months ago, providing no source at all. So how can you call yourself a credible boxing site, yet pass something off as facts without providing any source whatsoever???

The key statement in Part 2 of the article is this:
“USADA should not enter into a contract that doesn’t call for it to report positive test results to the appropriate governing body.” Catlin states. “If it’s true that USADA reported the results [in the Morales case] to Golden Boy and not to the governing state athletic commission, that’s a recipe for deception.”
If:
(1) USADA are entering to contracts where they do not have to report positive tests to the governing body, and
(2) they instead reported the positive test to Golden Boy in the case of the Morales-Garcia fight,
then that undermines any and all testing conducted by USADA in boxing to date. It creates a situation where there is far too much discretion placed in the hands of parties other than the organization that is governing the event.
Also, it lends credence to the behaviour of USADA as described by Hauser in the instance of the supposed Floyd Mayweather failed tests.

The reason of this testing is to protect the fighters, you dont want the other guy to have an artificial edge to the other fighter on the fight night, but looks like GBP drug testing only want to protect the fight itself from cancelation.

Why Berto? He was already caught and paid the price. GBP uses USADA instead of VADA, saying Berto refused to take VADA again is only Hauser the criminal's words.

The stuff about Morales and Quillin, there's enough facts around those two guys to make it look suspect. But the stuff about Floyd has not one single source at all.
Montoya himself said months ago that he knew someone, that knew someone who knew Floyd failed 3 tests. Nevermind the fact that no source is mentioned or that the USADA themselves released his test results to the public for those 3 fights.
To throw the stuff in about Floyd with no proof or evidence, or even a named source, it makes Hauser look bad, and it looks really not credible from a website trying to pass itself off as a credible website.
