Is Joe Calzaghe an ATG?

Interesting how the same people who hate the Klitschkos also hate Calzaghe. I wonder why?

If JC is ATG does that mean Floyd is as well?

Joe is the great underachieving fighter of our time.

He may of been great, but well never know, because he never fought the best guys in there primes when the fans asked for it. It's sad in all honesty.

He fought Kessler, and he fought a still very good BH in america. That is risky and taking risks gives you bonus points. Floyd should try it, he might get some bonus points and also secure ATG status.

Apparently 21 title defenses make you an ATG. So yes, Otke with his 22 and W over Glen Johnson and GOAT Anthony Mundine makes him ATG

Calzaghe was quality! and a fun fighter to watch. that being said I don't consider him an ATG.

If Joe Calzaghe is an ATG then so is Froch, seing as how his resume is actually better than Calz's.

Lets not water down the meaning of ATG. Calzaghe was a very good fighter but no way was he an ATG.

He was a very great and skilled fighter but his resume kind of sucks, to be honest. I'm not one to make ATG lists though so IDK. Definitely think he gets in the HOF but I'm not sure about ATG status.

Joe Calzaghe is an ATG who won every time he stepped up in competition. He cleaned out his division and is the best SMW of all times.



Wlad is probably ranked higher than Calzaghe. But Vitali is nowhere near Calzaghe.

this guy spent his entire career padding his undefeated records with euro bums and the great jeff lacy and hiding out at 168 while prime roy and prime bernard were a division above and below him.

he only came to america and fought those guys when they were in their 40s and got his arse knocked down by those same senior citizens.
