Oh man of course that's a lot smaller, 25 pounds is a lot! Take for example guys at 135 and guys at 160, their punching output is completely different.
Muscle consumes a lot of calories, so if out of those 25 pounds we get that maybe 15 are of pure muscle, we're talking about expending a lot more calories that guys that were 210 or 220.Comment

Mate, Bowe was a superheavy at 240lb when fit. It's pretty damn impressive for a big man like him to showcase that type of ability to fight on the inside.Oh man of course that's a lot smaller, 25 pounds is a lot! Back in the days, referees allowed infighters a chance to do some work on the inside. And those who tried to hold and grab were often warned or penalized. I seem to also remember refs coming in and moving a fighters arms down if they just instinctively reached up to grab.
If you notice in the gif, Cortez attempts to break up the clinch but gives them an opportunity to make of something out of it which results in fast counter hooks on the inside. Awesome.
Most of the Boxers today (bar the K2) are just fucking lazy.Comment
