Boxing isnt dying because of threads such as this. This actually encourages fans to be more discerning of certain fighter's habits that is actually digging a hole for boxing.

Respectfully, manny has never earned more than $28 mil for a fight. And yes I understood your point. I don't agree and here is why.

floyd's purse will be both as promoter and fighter, based on the way his deal is structured. Manny is a TR employee and his purse is just as a fighter (if he does get any promoter money it isn't as great as floyd or TR). So when we talk about floyd getting more, its not just becuase of deal split but also how manny's TR deal is structured. Can we agree on this?

I dont think floyd is responsible to give manny more on the deal split to offset the gap created by their different deals.

The 3rd Marquez fight which garnered around 1.3mil PPV buys at 20bucks a piece for Manny gave him a total of 26mill dollars, that's in PPV alone, plus with gate receipt and endorcement deals it could have reached around 30-32mill.. I know the 20bucks per PPV buy deal for Manny because that's how his group compute them PPV share when i worked with Manny some time ago for some photo shoots.. BUT irregardless of how he and TR computes their income shares, the basis for a fighter's purse split should always be on the fighter's capability to attract SALE!!! So your argument of Floyd is earning more per fight than Manny so Floyd should be getting more in the purse split is downright ******!!! Coz if you really think about, even if they split it in half, Floyd will be getting more than Manny because of how as you said it, his income is structured as a fighter and promoter, while Manny will only get his fighter's share with the promoter's obligations going to TR... So that 30-32% share of the total income for Manny as you suggested is as ****** as you can get in com*****g for a business deal, and that is Manny and TR sharing while in the other end is 70-68% for Floyd and GBP.. Now can you see how ****** your arguments are??!!!

No this is just a bunch of people crying over a fighter who is not even active,there is no point of threads like this,we have over half a dozen fights this weekend and i see non of you talking about them instead ya'll are here crying over nothing.
