(most of whom are americans, who coincidentally seem to be statistically the dumbest people on earth, per capita)
I believe I have done my homework, although I certainly could be more knowledgeable.

I think that the more people know and care, the more they can question politicians, raise important topics and have a better chance of either contributing to parties changing policies or voting for a party that most voters probably don't even really know what they stand for. Now more than ever I guess, with social medias and information being available to everybody.

We will probably never agree on these things.

Not sure what you mean by that last sentence either.

basically, Americans as a whole are very dumb and ignorant people, all things considered. politics, whether some view it as a positive or a negative, is just a tool for getting those politician's things done, legally or illegally, just so long as they're done and that politician is satisfied with the end result, usually benefiting themselves. politics are used for getting agendas completed, whether for the people or for the politicians. politics will never be looked at as something good for ones country or good for the inhabitants of that country. the people are what keeps the country going, and the politicians are the ones using the people, and the people are allowing it to happen. its a plain, yet complex cycle, if you can get what Im tryin to say here...

You're wrong. Most of the repubs will be voting for *****. That way they will have a new fresh candidate in 4 years rather than having "Mormon" Romney in office for possible 8 years. Bait and switch.

I agree with DK. WTF is it with the tea party saying we want our country back? Back from what? It's only obvious. They weren't saying that when Carter was in office or Clinton
For all those ignorant fools crying about this has nothing to do about race. Race is the only issue when it comes o my homeboy Barack *****

I'm so sick of this race being an issue in this election. I'd vote for a black, gay, disabled, ****** women if she matched my beliefs. I'm more than willing to admit racism still exists, but I believe you got more people crying racism than actual racists.
