Upon first (and only) viewing I thought Matthysse won both fights. I remember thinking at the time that the only possible way Alexander/Judah could be ahead on the scorecards is if the judges consistently gave all the close rounds to the hometown fighter.
Matthysse vs Alexander & Judah RBR!

I gave R.2, R.6 and R.9 to Matthysse. Round 7 to Judah.
R.1 - Judah
R.2 - Matthysse
R.3 - Matthysse
R.4 - Matthysse
R.5 - Judah
R.6 - Matthysse
R.7 - Judah
R.8 - Judah
R.9 - Matthysse
R.10 - Matthysse (10-8)
R.11 - Matthysse
R.12 - Matthysse
I think this would be a more entertaining fight if they rematched, Judah sat in the pocket defensively for long periods just trying to make Matthysse miss.Comment

Round 9? Nobody got the "stuffing beat out of them" in round 9. Lucas threw more punches but was missing wildly and occasionally slapping. In other cases Judah was circling away or catching the punches with his glove. It was an ugly round altogether. Unless your scoring it based on "being more active" or giving the benefit of the doubt to the guy coming forward.Comment
