Can anybody here honestly give round's 7 and 9 to Zab Judah like Harold Lederman did??? The funny thing is that Lederman still had Mathysse winning the fight in the end, even though he gave round's 7 and 9 to Zab when it was clear as day that Mathysse won those.

This has to be a joke.,
IN the judah fight, Lucas landed body jabs all fight effectively before turning it on. Judah had several rounds where he did **** all, just triple jabbed and turned. None of which would land, while Matthysse landed HIS jabs to the gut and had effective pressure on his side.
The same can be said for teh Alexander fight. KNockdowns also went into Mathysse's favor.
You're blind if you thought Judah outboxed him, please, I challenge you, link the fight and score it.Comment

I was ringside at the fight in Newark, and Matthyse got robed... and the majority of the people at the Prudential thought the same...Comment

Very nice clear video there.
Watching the fight again that fight was so close that it could had gone either way.
People have the tendency not to score jabsComment

It is obvious, anyone, and the judges included who scored the fight for Judah DO NOT score body blows and this is too common. Lucas was consistently landing body blows too.IN the judah fight, Lucas landed body jabs all fight effectively before turning it on. Judah had several rounds where he did **** all, just triple jabbed and turned. None of which would land, while Matthysse landed HIS jabs to the gut and had effective pressure on his side.Comment

Hold on now. Like the guy said above their are people who don't score jabs as well. Defense is also one of the four scoring criteria which you almost never hear get mentioned when people are reviewing fights. There's a lot more factors to look for than just who hits harder.
The bias goes both ways.
The range of possible scorecards for the Matthysse vs. Judah could easily have both guys winning. If you can't accept that its just 100% pure bias in favor of a certain fighter or a certain style. Point, blank, period.Comment
